Ichi-San's sushi is top quality and taste. We have celebrated New Year's Eve there for 2 years in a row. We usually reserve a table in advance, but you often get a seat even without a reservation. In summer I can also highly recommend the terrace. Friendliness is very important at ichi-San. Priced in the middle segment

Friendly staff who also give polite answers to questions. The choice of food is varied and the waiting time is not too long. Rating for me is therefore, like the food, very good.

So without exaggerating, I thought it was the most delicious thing I've ever eaten. I could ask my mom for some pictures of the meal now, but I'm too lazy. Well it was delicious.

Restaurant with a very nice atmosphere. All the ingredients were very fresh. The food was very nicely prepared and tasted accordingly good. The staff is very courteous and attentive.

The gyoza for starters were very good. However, the fish in the sushi was not fresh enough. The squid was like rubber and the tuna had a strange aftertaste. The salmon, however, was fine. All in all acceptable for the low price, but the fish quality should be improved.

Very chic restaurant, everything is neat and very clean. All hygiene measures are implemented. The staff are extremely friendly and great emphasis is placed on etiquette when serving! The sushi (and other dishes) are excellent and are served quickly. I highly recommend it to every sushi fan!

Great food at the restaurant. I had the sashimi salad and chicken with vegetables in a teriyaki sauce. Very delicious. The sushi looked great but I didn't have any this time. I will be back to try some.

We were on a weekend break in Bamberg and we wanted to eat Japanese food. We took 2 other dishes beside sushi and everything was really tasty and portions were big too. As desert we also tried fried banana with fresh fruits and even that was great. We came without reservation,but I would suggest you to get one as we were lucky.

When I'm in Bamberg, that's where I like to eat I always order a table because it is sometimes very crowded at the weekend, but that doesn't bother you (the person who takes the order on the phone is extremely friendly and nice and gives a good feeling ? thank him) And I love love love the food there it's always perfect Definitely worth a visit ?

Nom nom.. Besides being denied access to the terrace..or even upstairs... And food taking ages to arrive. It's a lovely sushi spot.

We were here for the first time and were absolutely thrilled! The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the food was absolutely delicious! The decor is reminiscent of an old café, but that's subjective anyway and does not detract from the positive impression. Highly recommended! We will be back definitely.

Quite nice place Big and with space for big groups. I ordered the ramen and it was decent. And by decent I mean that it was not 100% Japanese style but also not very westernized. It is a sushi-orientated restaurant tho, so if you fancy some other traditional Japanese dishes you might not find it there . All in all it was a good experience and the service was very nice and attentive . Recommended

Friendly service and a nice atmosphere. They overused the mayonnaise a bit for my personal liking, but the food was otherwise perfectly ok.

Good quality but small pieces. We had a group of six on a Thursday and service was pretty slow. Fantastic ambience, especially on the outside patio.

This place is expensive, but it tastes bad. And it tastes Chinese food, not Japanese food.
